  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of Order. The footwear must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  2. Note: After Confirm Your Order we will provide a tracking link on your email and WhatsApp for your convinionse.
  3. Process:

    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
  2. Process:
