Order Processing

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed Same Day of your order date (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Order Verification: In case we need additional verification for your order, we will contact you. This might extend the processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  1. Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. The shipping cost is 50-68 approx
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. The shipping cost is 75-100 approx 
  2. International Shipping: (If Possible )
    • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment.
  2. Tracking: If you have not received your tracking number or have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  1. International Orders: Stepy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  2. Domestic Orders: Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout and included in the final purchase price.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. We currently ship to All India. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Issues

  1. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages: Stepy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. in case our team helps you
